Patience, skill, and motivation are just a few attributes Mia brings to her method of fitness trainingAfter earning a B.S. degree in Sport Science from Pepperdine University, Mia continued her passion for health and fitness by becoming a certified AFAA Personal Trainer and a TRX fitness instructor. She designed and currently teaches the dynamic “Get on the Ball” class, which combines muscle strengthening and stretching, balance, and spinal stabilization.
